What initially sparked as a casual pastime has now evolved into a rather impressive "homebrewing" operation. Despite my best efforts to consume all the beer (and believe me, I gave it a good shot!), it was simply too much.

And so, here we are, with a surplus of beer that I need to share.

When regulations nudged me to formalize my hobby, I found myself in need of a name for my brewery. Spotting an available domain, I realized it was the perfect way to encapsulate this exciting new endeavor...

At Side Hustle Brewery, my main focus is crafting beers that I personally enjoy, or experimenting with intriguing techniques that pose a challenge. This passion and curiosity often dictate the direction of my upcoming batches or recipes.

However, I'm always open to new ideas. If someone introduces me to an incredible new beer, you can bet I'll be all over it!
