Appearance:

Golden in color. Low white head with minimal retention.

Aroma:

Light sweet malty aroma, with a light bready or caramelly note with a low hop aroma.

Flavor:

Initial soft malty sweetness, with some light character malt flavor (e.g., bread, toast, biscuit, wheat) also present. Light hop flavor, but not overly aggressive. Medium bitterness, but the balance is towards the malt. Finishes medium-dry to slightly malty-sweet.

Mouthfeel:

Medium-light with medium carbonation. Smooth without being heavy.
