Easy-drinking, malt-oriented craft beer. Well-balanced and clean, Side Ale is a refreshing beer without aggressive flavours.

Appearance:

Golden in colour. Low white head with minimal retention.

Aroma:

Light sweet malty aroma, with a light bready or caramelly note with a low hop aroma.

Flavor:

Initial soft malty sweetness, with some light character malt flavour (e.g., bread, toast, biscuit, wheat) also present. Light hop flavour, but not overly aggressive. Medium bitterness, but the balance is towards the malt. Finishes medium-dry to slightly malty-sweet.

Mouthfeel:

Medium-light with medium carbonation. Smooth without being heavy.
